We are very thankful for all the local residents who volunteer their valuable time and efforts to be part of the Community League Board, casino fundraisers and sub-committees that improve the enjoyment of our community.
The Community League looks after enhancing the experience and enjoyment of the community for all ages. Some of the activities of the Community League Board include:
Annual events: Light Up Wedgewood, Garage Sale, Decorating Contests, Food Truck Events, etc.
Neighbourhood improvements: Park amenities, playgrounds and progarmming, provision of dog refuse bags, maintenance of court facilities and other park amenities.
Facilitating recreation opportunities: Green Shack program, Swim/skate options, Fitness Opportunities, etc.
Organizing Casino fundraisers: These fundraisers raise the revenue needed to maintain our amazing park amenities and programming.
